Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Hughes & Jones Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Slow and unresponsive
Hughes & Jones Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Does the job
Hughes & Jones Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Levis. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Five stars all around
Switched to Hughes & Jones Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Okay but not great
Used Hughes & Jones Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
