Room for improvement
Hughes Insurance Services handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Multi-policy savings

Couldn't be happier

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Hughes Insurance Services. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
