Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Hughes Insurance Agency. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Hughes Insurance Agency was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Family business feel
Hughes Insurance Agency has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Helpful staff
