Room for improvement
Hughes & Ford Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Amazing customer service
The staff at Hughes & Ford Insurance are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Okay but not great
Used Hughes & Ford Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Does the job
Hughes & Ford Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Spruce Grove. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.
