Slow and unresponsive
Howard & Robinson Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Howard & Robinson Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Howard & Robinson Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Howard & Robinson Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Howard & Robinson Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
