Slow and unresponsive
Howard & Matthews Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Does the job

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Howard & Matthews Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
