Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Howard & Drake Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Howard & Drake Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Multi-policy savings

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Howard & Drake Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
