Solid broker
Howard & Associates Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Slow and unresponsive
Howard & Associates Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Great for bundling

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Howard & Associates Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
