Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Horizon Solutions d'Assurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Okay but not great

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Horizon Solutions d'Assurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Horizon Solutions d'Assurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
