Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Horizon Insurance Advisors. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Horizon Insurance Advisors was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Horizon Insurance Advisors. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Okay but not great
Used Horizon Insurance Advisors for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
