Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Horizon Assurances. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Good value
I appreciate that Horizon Assurances shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Horizon Assurances was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Five stars all around
Switched to Horizon Assurances on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.
