Could be better
The rates Horizon Assurances Inc. found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Five stars all around
Switched to Horizon Assurances Inc. on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Horizon Assurances Inc.. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Horizon Assurances Inc. was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
