I have dealt with Holman Insurance since 2019 and have always been very happy with the service from Marie Solomonides. Sometimes I run into issues or when the website isn't working the way it should, I can always count on Marie to fix it for me. She's knowledgeable, friendly and always so patient with whatever questions/concerns I may have. I truly appreciate all her help and guidance over the years. Thank you!

My broker, Peter Featherstone always ensures i get the best possible price for my policy and that i am covered fully. Anytime i need additional certificates for my clients i email him and usually receive them back the same day. Peter takes all the stress out of this part of my business for me. Highly recommend

My experience with Holmans has left me dumbfounded as to how Holmans Insurance exists as an insurance company, IF they are even that. I truly question if Holmans offers legitimate insurance, or if this is a front for other matters. Any insurance broker I have ever spoken to or dealt with has be responsible for understanding and being able to provide insight into insurance policies. I asked several times, in several different ways, for insight and an explanation into what specific coverage would cover. I, as a responsible person, would never complete any application applying for something without fully understanding what I am applying for. Insurance brokers are responsible to disseminate insurance knowledge to customers. The responses I received to my question – were screen shots and highlights – Copied and pasted, word for word, from the insurance application. No time or care was taken to answer any of my specific questions, responses offered stating “If you feel that this coverage is unclear or not suitable for your needs, it may be that this type of policy is not the right fit.” This issue here, is that I have no idea if it is the right fit, as the legal jargon listed on the application offers no explanation of the coverage, and your explanation of the coverage is taken directly from the application. No matter how many times, nor no matter how differently I worded my question, Holmans was unable to provide any sort of knowledgeable information on what a specific coverage would entail/ or cover. The lack of understanding on insurance-based matters demonstrated my Holmans is truly disgusting, and I would strongly discourage anyone from even inquiring with Holmans in the future. Customers in general, are looking for businesspeople who offer a deep understand of the policies they offer, and who are knowledgeable to answer any questions regarding the application process to ensure they are applying for the correct coverage. The conduct demonstrated by the entire business was unprofessional and unbecoming, with the owner replying to emails from an associates email address, the lack of phone etiquette demonstrated by the receptionist, the lack of return phone calls – after leaving several messages within several weeks, the refusal to engage in phone conversations to clarify policy understanding, the untimely email response/communication, and the unprofessional undertone, unwillingness, and refusal to provide support throughout the entire process. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES CHOOSE HOLMANS
