Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through HighSpring Financial & Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Okay but not great
Used HighSpring Financial & Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with HighSpring Financial & Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Does the job
HighSpring Financial & Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Huntsville. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from HighSpring Financial & Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Slow and unresponsive
HighSpring Financial & Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
