Solid broker
HighRidge Brokerage is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at HighRidge Brokerage was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Okay but not great
Used HighRidge Brokerage for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
