Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Highland Insurance Advisors. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Five stars all around
Switched to Highland Insurance Advisors on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Highland Insurance Advisors. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
