Room for improvement
Highland Brokerage handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Five stars all around
Switched to Highland Brokerage on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Highland Brokerage. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Could be better
The rates Highland Brokerage found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
