Poor communication
My biggest issue with HighLake Insurance Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Does the job

Helpful but slow
The broker at HighLake Insurance Solutions was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
