Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through HighGlen Insurance Solutions. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with HighGlen Insurance Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
