Okay but not great
Used Henry & Baldwin Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Henry & Baldwin Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Does the job
Henry & Baldwin Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Waterloo. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.
