Hendry Swinton McKenzie Insurance

I've consistently received AWFUL customer service at Megson Fitzpatrick. Most recently, I went there 20 minutes before their office closed and the receptionist told me they may not be able to help me. I was able to call Hendry Swinton Mckenzie (HSM) Insurance and the gentleman on the phone took my name and said he would help me renew my vehicle insurance as he had to stay later to finish up work anyways. I went to HSM Insurance, arrived after their closing time of 5:00 pm and I was still helped with exceptional service; they even put the sticker on my plate. The professionalism and customer service (everyone who was still working greeted/acknowledged me) was outstanding. The gentleman who helped me thoroughly explained my insurance plan to me and was very friendly. Additionally, the cleanliness and office safety protocols made me feel very at ease. I would rate HSM higher than 5 stars if I could!!

Shaun McKenzie has always been my go to for home and auto insurance. He always takes the time to explain what insurance works best for my situation and then negotiates with different insurers to get me the best rates. He's truly someone that looks out for his clients best interests. I can't recommend Shaun enough, if you need insurance he's your guy!!

My insurance representative Jordan took great care to inform me of all my insurance options, and help me choose what best suited my needs. I left satisfied and confident that the options I chose provided the safety and security that my family, and I required.
