Slow and unresponsive
Hayes & Webster Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Hayes & Webster Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Hayes & Webster Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Hayes & Webster Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
