Solid broker
Hayes Insurance Group is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Hayes Insurance Group. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Five stars all around

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Hayes Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
