Does the job
Hawkins Insurance Ltd. helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Penticton. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Solid broker
Hawkins Insurance Ltd. is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Okay but not great
Used Hawkins Insurance Ltd. for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Slow and unresponsive
Hawkins Insurance Ltd. was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
