Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Hawkins & Gibson Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Hawkins & Gibson Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Good value

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Hawkins & Gibson Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
