Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Haven Insurance Group. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Solid broker
Haven Insurance Group is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
