Room for improvement
Harvey & Thompson Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Harvey & Thompson Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Lost my documents
Harvey & Thompson Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Harvey & Thompson Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
