Average experience
My experience with Harvey & Powell Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Reliable broker

Five stars all around
Switched to Harvey & Powell Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Slow and unresponsive
Harvey & Powell Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Harvey & Powell Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
