Solid broker
Hart & Todd Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Family business feel
Hart & Todd Insurance has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Hart & Todd Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
