Room for improvement
Hart Risk Management handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Hart Risk Management. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Used Hart Risk Management for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
