Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Hart & Reed Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Good value
I appreciate that Hart & Reed Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Five stars all around
Switched to Hart & Reed Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Hart & Reed Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
