Good value
I appreciate that Hart & Co. Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Hart & Co. Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
