Slow and unresponsive
Harrison & Associates Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Harrison & Associates Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Would recommend to anyone

Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Harrison & Associates Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Harrison & Associates Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
