Helpful staff
The staff at Harris & Knight Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Couldn't be happier

Great for bundling

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Harris & Knight Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Room for improvement
Harris & Knight Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
