Pretty good
Harris Insurance Ltd. helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Slow and unresponsive
Harris Insurance Ltd. was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Room for improvement
Harris Insurance Ltd. handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
