Made insurance easy

Room for improvement
Harris & Cooper Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Harris & Cooper Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
