Slow and unresponsive
Harper Insurance Ltd. was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

The rates Harper Insurance Ltd. found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
