Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Harper Insurance Agency. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Okay but not great

Does the job
Harper Insurance Agency helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Brandon. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Harper Insurance Agency was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Mixed feelings
