Solid broker
Harper & Crawford Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Five stars all around
Switched to Harper & Crawford Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Harper & Crawford Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Slow and unresponsive
Harper & Crawford Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
