Poor communication
My biggest issue with Hansen & Johnston Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Hansen & Johnston Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
