Okay but not great
Used Hansen Insurance Brokers for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Room for improvement
Hansen Insurance Brokers handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Does the job

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Hansen Insurance Brokers. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
