Room for improvement
Hansen & Gibson Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Hansen & Gibson Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Great for bundling
Hansen & Gibson Insurance bundled our home, auto, and umbrella policies together and saved us a ton. One broker handling everything makes life so much easier.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Hansen & Gibson Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
