Hamilton Township Mutual Insurance Company

It is my experience that over the 10 years in which my Insurance company, Whitley, Newman Insurance Company has been under the auspices of Hamilton Township Insurance, that costs for home and auto insurance have increased significantly; that overseeing and responding to questionable practices when shared with them was in my case, totally ignored and the principle of Corporation transparency...well...if this is the experience what being a part of their " family" is, unfortunately, I would classify it as dysfunctional. Perhaps, an agency review and professional development based upon this review, would be helpful to both agencies? Sincerely, Karen Dingwell

STAY AWAY. it is very unfortunate that i found out the hard way that this is a company that will do everything they can to Deny your claim. had a flood and 6 months later they are insisting that i complete all the work myself and then provide proof it is done by the end of summer. beware as this company will try and force you into a settlement so they can avoid paying what they should for how expensive they are and how many years most people are with the same insurance. update 2025 still no liability and they instead cancelled my policy this place is a joke stay away

Small company big prices! I have been with this company for fourty years and now I am leaving! They are unwilling to work with you! Farm insurance was $1000.00 more than their competitors. I remained a customer for automobile insurance but will be switching as well. Maybe they treat new customers better than existing ones? Do yourself a favor and check around first!

Stay away from this insurance company!! I received cancellation of my insurance by registered letter 2 days before renewal with no phone call or notification prior to receiving the letter! Have called several times to talk to someone about why and never received a call back!
