Exceptional claims handling

Five stars all around
Switched to Hamilton Insurance Group on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Hamilton Insurance Group. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Hamilton Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
