Good broker
Guardian Risk Solutions took the time to review our existing policies and found gaps in our coverage. They fixed everything and the price was reasonable.

Happy with the savings

Okay but not great
Used Guardian Risk Solutions for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Could be better
The rates Guardian Risk Solutions found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Guardian Risk Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
