Okay but not great
Used Griffin Risk Management for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Solid broker
Griffin Risk Management is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Griffin Risk Management. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Griffin Risk Management. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Reliable broker
Been with Griffin Risk Management for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.
