Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Griffin Insurance Group. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Room for improvement
Griffin Insurance Group handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
