Poor communication
My biggest issue with Griffin & Gardner Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful staff
The staff at Griffin & Gardner Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Room for improvement
Griffin & Gardner Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Okay but not great
