Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Griffin & Co. Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Griffin & Co. Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Solid broker
Griffin & Co. Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Slow and unresponsive
Griffin & Co. Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
