Responsive and caring

Does the job

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with GreenRidge Insurance Agency. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from GreenRidge Insurance Agency. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Slow and unresponsive
GreenRidge Insurance Agency was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
